APPACUVI (Associazione per la Protezione del Patrimonio Artistico e Culturale della Valle Intelvi) is a cultural association having the purpose to safeguard the artistic and cultural heritage of Valle Intelvi and neighbouring countries.

Ever since the Middle Ages, the people coming from the countries around the lakes of Como and Lugano have been skilled at building and decorating houses, castles and churches.

Therefore, these countries are specially rich in works of art.

APPACUVI is now the cultural advisor of Comunità Montana Lario Intelvese.
